Forest of Reaches 2

Forest of Reaches

Head Floating Away

Reach 2

The Canoe Emperor

The Canoe Emperor and his trusted dog Organon appear to the weary of Manisaskarta, delivering a message from the One Good Buffalo God: The Chicken will come, the Sixth-Finger will heal.

The Hill

They come to the hill, waiting for a sign, wanting a connection. Both are never found, as they look outward, not knowing they need to squeeze the juice in themselves. Far away answers are hard to find, the one answer is available in your soul, and when that is reasoned out, you will make it off the hill.

Reach

Sin

I walked into
the empty
house

I don't
need to be
forgiven

But you're
wrong
he said

There's no
cure for
air and
swallowing

You are
sin

Minute

roaring
we peaked

a squeal
was all

that was
heard

It is here and nowhere else

Look
and feel

The taste
is undeniable

In a world where "supersize" has entered the lexicon, there are some things getting smaller, like cell phones and laptops. Dartmouth researchers have contributed to the miniaturizing trend by creating the world's smallest untethered, controllable robot. Their extremely tiny machine is about as wide as a strand of human hair, and half the length of the period at the end of this sentence. About 200 of these could march in a line across the top of a plain M&M.

It crawls around like an inchworm.

Space Law Time Kaoss

The Kaoss is coming! The Kaoss is coming!

Do you believe in Aliens?
Do you drink coke?

Lets get Spicy
Lets get Nutty

Unconciously I revert to the old ways
A new swagger becomes evident in my bearing
In the way I sit on my horse

Half-forgotten oaths rise naturally to my lips
and as I ride I humj old songs that I had roared in chorus with my reckless companions in many a tavern
or dusty road
or bloody field.

This is a shining path

The Tree Planters - Homage to Stephen Jackson

Crackle, Crackle, Crackle...

Slash Pile Burning

Photo by Matt Woodcroft. This is work that happens every fall--people go in and burn the massive piles of "slash" that are left after clear-cutting. Makes the planting easier in the spring.

Just another night at Zeke's, the four drawings below are from last night's performances. Every time something goes on there, I draw it. The plan is to have a drawing show at Zeke's at the end of November. By the end of the night, I had two other people drawing. Now that's art reinforcement!
