santacon '06. an annual event that started many years back in San Fran or something, with hordes of people dressing up as Santa, and going around town drinking beer and generally spreading good will.
i know for a fact that one of those santas was actually a dreidel(sp?), the jewish holiday toy.
what I meant to say was there was quite possibly a santicon or whatever going on somewhere else and all these Santa's decided to go to the Times after. The Times didn't organize it, they didn't put on Santacon.
I wonder where they were before the Times. Maybe the convention centre or something?
I did see Alex from New Winnipeg though.
So for me....YES, it just happened. There's beauty in ignorance. And I happened to have a camera. And I happened to take these pictures. Merry Christmas to me.

no, it didn't just happen. it's santacon '06. they do this every year and it's a pretty big event.
