The rest of the movie is quite gory, but if you've consumed (not only ate) animal products you might want to know. I'm going "vegetarian light", and then maybe vegan (once I finish my current groceries and or afford it).

i've been moving towards veggie-lite (fish only would be ideal for me, with eggs, but without other dairy), but i have a feeling that at least one member of my household would seriously object. it's healthier, better for the environment and way cheaper!

Yea, I think if you eat meat you should watch this (depending how it might affect you, the individual)and know where it comes from. The rest of the stuff on animal production is alarming too. This is the kind of shit that is giving humans such bad karma(can't think of a better word).

Up north polar bears have started eating their young because there isn't enough seal around.

It is because the water has not turned to ice and the bears can't get to the seals.
