It wasn't stolen really, but it seems to be hard to get a hold of. I'm not really at liberty to say more, but it's on my mind so this is what we get, a cryptic blog post.
I wouldn't be so hard on the owners of this piece. They are both very busy guys who try to make everyone happy...I don't think they are purposefully trying to be mean/negligent here. (without saying to much) :)
I got this drawing back last night at 8pm. It's frame was messed up, like it had been seriously neglected, scratched, broken glass, water damage on the back board. I carefully packed the drawing into a taxi with my folding bike (barely fit, about 1 mm to spare), and took it home for inspection. I looked over the drawing carefully and was surprised to find it is in 100% perfect condition, not a single scratch or drop of moisture on the drawing itself. Positive thinking I tell ya! 70% of the time, it works EVERY time!
A Love for Art was a collaborative blog for visual artists, musicians, writers, and social scientists. This blog has evolved into a new blog called BETA, go check it out!

Man, this is such an amazing drawing.
Just positive thinking, imagining it materializing in my possession.

As far as I'm concerned, I think they're a bunch of dicks. I doubt you'd have the same sentiment jc if this was one of your pieces.
Sort of a moot point if I get the drawing back this afternoon =P. I just want to put it out of my mind, and proceed with a happy exhibition.
I've had to chase art work before....not a big deal.
Good luck with the exhib Mac-Daddy! I should be around this afternoon for helpings.
I'll be around to help too...and do you need keys after all?
Yes, keys please =).
jah bless the positive vibration
