this seems like an edited version of a doc (or several) that we put together in that mouse-infested basement. in fact, just reading it, i can hear their scurrying little feet.
however, i suppose authorship is irrelevant in a sense, which is/was the beauty in some ways of that whole ALfA/Label experiment, which may or may not be ongoing to this day in this blog (depending on who you ask, and how they're feeling that day).
authorship is/was or could be irrelevant too b/c looking at this text, i can see the various influences from various people-- the phrases i myself coined, the ones that i wrote down from others, the ones that others turned into concepts through exhibition and practice, the ones that became songs, the ones that c-dog wrote down, the ones that dan thought of, the ones that magically appeared somehow without any of us creating them.
is the chicken of god in that image somewhere? i gotta take a closer look.
p.s. they say that nostalgia is a longing for something that never really existed in the first place. i sometimes wonder if i mythologize my memories of that place, but then i think maybe not, that it really was that awesome.
But for clarification, would you STILL say there are wolfboy specific coined phrases in this thing (even though your not willing to say which they are)OR by "no", do you mean to retract the claim?

"i'm not interested in a debate about authorship. period".
!!!
Sorry, I was confused when you said
"now, let debate re authorship begin".
and then said
"the phrases i myself coined"
I thought this was an invitation to discussion. And I personally don't think authorship is irrelevant.
I thought this was Carlos writing about ideas we discussed. I recognize some of my own ideas, but not really ANY "coined phrases" from me, or anyone. I'm going to go read it again to see if I missed them.
Hope that gives you a little insight into why I was asking.
A Love for Art was a collaborative blog for visual artists, musicians, writers, and social scientists. This blog has evolved into a new blog called BETA, go check it out!

word veri: wifeed
wifeed on/off each other.
Which reminds me, I've been reading alot on René Girard's theory of mimesis lately. He argues that all of our behaviours and desires are actually learned and copied by watching others.
Basically, the argument goes, we are all constantly imitating each other, like a sort of feedback loop.
