ever seen the Atelier Nationale du Manitoba's work? or... no, wait. Daniel Barrow. Daniel is the one, I think, who dug through years and years of archives and made a 90-minute film of VPW highlights, including old Guy Maddin clips.
I haven't seen it, but apparently it's pure gold.
Remember those two nice old ladies that played organ and drums and sang? (Sort of an early Godkings?). What were they called again? Turned out they were... uh... lovers. :)
I remember those two ladies, they were great. Lovers, really? that's sweet. I also remember that Pollock and Pollock show. VPW is/was pretty great, do they still have that station?
LOL, I used "Cooking With Fran" on a song. It was her old sweet voice talking about how " I beat them up, one at at a time." She was refferring to eggs of course. The channel was truly a source of inspiration. we didn't appreciate what we had at the time. I recentley did a Shaw survey and told them to bring public access back!
A Love for Art was a collaborative blog for visual artists, musicians, writers, and social scientists. This blog has evolved into a new blog called BETA, go check it out!

it's actually me doing the audio. I just felt that Natalie really suited the "loves to be loved" theme of the song.
cool. i like it.

great audio by the way, bluemask.
it lends a certain tenderness to this clip.
