French question

how would you translate "l'eau qui passe"? the water that has passed? gone? left? died?

I'm not french but I believe for it to be in the past tense it would have to be "l'eau qui a passe". I think "l'eau qui passe" would translate to "the water that passes". Just a guess.

Yes, it is "the water that passes".
