Madrigaia

One day, in Winnipeg, I went for a walk in Assiniboine forest. I wanted to gather some of the lush green moss that grows there for my salamanders. A few times, I could swear I heard singing from off in the distance, soft and angelic. As I strolled down the winding path I noticed something from the corner of my eye. I looked away in fear that I would offend the aparition or dieties or whatever it was I had stumbled across. "David" called a sweet voice, "Hello David" . I turned and gazed in disbelief. Seven beautiful women dressed in long elegant red gowns, with flowers in their hair emerged from the nearby woods. Thinking they were tree spirits about to lure me into the forest, from where I would never return, I nearly fled. The angels in the woods were none other than Madrigaia (Photographing for the album cover). That explains the angelic voices.

That reminds me of the scene in O' Brother Where Art Though where the three women stupify the three men down by the river.

Remember?
