I prefer to put my dates and times from largest to smallest, so I'll be celebrating a little later at 4 seconds after 5 minutes after 6am. 09-08-07 06:05:04. Plus, I'm more likely to be awake.
Also, don't forget Sept. 9th! Anyone whose lucky number is 9 can celebrate with a cup of coffee at 09-09-09 09:09:09.
