the tendancy to give to animals human qualities is a paticular favorite of mine. We could all choose our spirit guides if we had the choice. Perhaps they choose us?
So many owners resemble their pets. I mean that fashionable high maitenance stripper walking down St. Catherines in Montreal. Her and the dog with died hair in her versache, audi, adidas, glamour, hand bag.
And then... because mostly... we cannot stand the continued cries of Andrews cat in heat. Because nature or something in that beast tells it not to be contained, we say we have the technology. WE can rebuild it. Nature we can change.
More than bend we can break the rules. A thousand squirrels will march before this day is through...
and when that revolution comes I hope and pray let me be the first in front of the Acorn 5th firing squad first against the wall.
My last words: "Aim for my eyes, I hate squirrels I hate them all!"
A Love for Art was a collaborative blog for visual artists, musicians, writers, and social scientists. This blog has evolved into a new blog called BETA, go check it out!
