Hylas and the Nymphs
Oil on Canvas
John William Waterhouse.

I was intrigued and looked it up,

Here is what I found.

Hylas was the beautiful arms-bearer for Hercules, and well beloved by him. When the Argonaut's ship landed on the island of Cios, Hylas was sent to search for fresh water. While searching for water, he was seen by the nymphs, who also fell in love with him. Enchanted by his beauty, they lured him into the water and he was never seen again.

In another version it said that Hercules called for him for a long time and even though his voice literally shook the island, Hylas didn't respond he was so enchanted by the nymphs or maybe they were just holding him underwater?

great story, I love it when research is presented.

Poor Hylas. Cigarettes, whisky and wild, wild women, they'll drive you crazy, they'll drive you insane. add nymphs to that list.

I checked this link you gave us:
www.io.com/~hmiller/shrine/intimacy.html, I think there's just an extra space there but whooaahh... this is some kinky stuff involving fairy sex and beastiality. There's even a whole section showing how werewolves are made. Seems simple enough...

hehe

i noticed that when i posted 'URL' addresses on other blog-type websites that something happens between the time you click on "post/submit" and the moment it becomes 'published' and is posted for all to see. 'GAPS/SPACES' are created within the 'URL' line of text. those 'URLs' posted above work as long as you close up the gaps! at least they should. hope that helps?

go
