I've transferred the sticker reward system from Wonderland to the MOntreal children's hospital and it works like a charm when I've got an angry toddler on my hands. I've taken to keeping some of my favorite stickers for myself, like galloping horses encircled by iridescent sparkles. Sometimes I think I like the stickers more than my patients do.

i'm glad you got this. i was out on my break at work and the sky was amazing in every direction.

I always like the feeling of the people I know looking on the same sky.
