Weird how the Wendigo was part monkey man and part vampire/cannibal. The beleif was that if a person got the taste for human flesh he/she could never turn back and would turn into a Wendigo. Many accounts of this happening during colonial era.
I went to the Pemberton music festival. Saw Tom Petty. Largest music festival in Canadian history.

man... i planted for ten, no, wait, eleven freakin' years, and never saw a single f'ing sasquatch.
never mind a sketchsquatch, drunk on the blood of deer.
i feel like i was denied a certain experience in that regard.
