Aftermath

This illustration by architectural painter Hans Vredeman de Vries was used in Heinrich Khunrath's most famous work, Amphitheater of Eternal Wisdom (Hamburg, 1595). It depicts a contemporary alchemist's laboratory. Note the strong connection between spiritual and physical aspects, which was characteristic of alchemy. I feel it best represents what the Label was like during the Auspicious Hour.

Whoa, the auspicious hour has passed and what a releif. Good to get that monkey off my back. What a release. Everything went impeccably well. I thought no one was going to come and then all of a sudden the place was packed! The smoke and lights really held the room together.

You know when that release doesn't come for awhile I get this sort of spiritual constipation that makes me tense and agitated.

Don't forget to pick up your commemorative GODKINGS AUSPICIOUS HOUR drinking cup.

I haven't checked out the footage or the tapes yet. Can't wait.

Thanks everyone for coming. After cleaning up at the gallery Im headed out to the cabin to build some stuff. Maybe Ill be back next week. If not see you all in October. Let's have a Halloween party. Better yet, let's try to get booked at the FireHall.

yes... it was truly quite auspicious and wonderful, although i had a chance to do a drum solo and completely panicked and botched it.

other than that, a great time had by all. and a bit of magick, as well.
