Gondor, the White City!
p.s. for a small sampling of nerdy, lord of the rings-mania, click on...http://www.lotrplaza.com/gondor/it's a very, very, very, very detailed breakdown of the city of gondor (population 5134, in case you didn't know). i think the lotrplaza site has endless reams of similar info about every character, city, battle, etc, though i didn't look through it very carefully.
There is also a White City just to the east of Regina on highway 1. It's not as spectacular as Gondor, though.
