2014—Downtown Winnipeg is devastated by a massive meteorite. No-one outside the local media really notices because the "donut effect" has meant that everyone of consequence (i.e. all but the poorest of the poor) have long since moved to Linden Woods, Waverley West, or, more likely, Calgary. But news crews from around the world arrive when they learn of the amazing survival of one little gallery on the edge of the downtown that was miraculously spared. Was it Divine Intervention? Was it A Love For Art? Was it because Dangerman refused to bargain with greedy developers?
A Love for Art was a collaborative blog for visual artists, musicians, writers, and social scientists. This blog has evolved into a new blog called BETA, go check it out!
