he only comes out at night, I waited for him for this shot. The Who would probably reccomend that Boris blow his heart out on cocaine and stippers in a Vegas hotel room. AHhh sorry Entwhistle. Wolfie, don`t come down too hard on the old rockers for still going. When old Blues musicians keep going, it`s cool right? As long as they are doing what they love, and folks are willing to $ee them...why not? I don`t want to be ever told I`m too old to paint, or you to write, non?
ha! good call. someone pointed out recently that our weirdness with old rockers is because rock music is still so NEW that there just hasn't been any old ones yet.
i just wish guys like that would do something new, though, or something else. like, one-half of the who is now dead, so how can they still the "the who"?
not that they should stop rocking, but don't they have anything new to say? are the songs they wrote 25 years ago still relevant to them?
i suspect that if i were 50 and all people wanted was the stuff i did when i was 22, i'd be pretty bored with the whole thing. you'd think that, with all those years of experience, practice, etc, that they'd have something newer and better to say.
A Love for Art was a collaborative blog for visual artists, musicians, writers, and social scientists. This blog has evolved into a new blog called BETA, go check it out!

Looks like a "barn spider". Not highly venomous, but has big-ass fangs, so don't try to pet it.
wow, great pic
if i were you, i'd pay $250 to go see that half-assed, fossilized version of The Who, and ask them what to do w/ Boris the (yard) Spider.
cool pic.
