p.s. i was actually up in cottage country during the tornado, about 15 km from where it hit. it wasn't as bad where i was, but there was half an hour of continuous thunder, strong winds, darkness at 5 pm. the woman who was killed (and most of the injuries) were a ten minute speedboat ride away.

Torrential winds yesterday and today Northeast of Winnipeg. Waves crashing, treetops snapped for miles and miles.
The hummingbirds and wasps are thriving, mosquito levels low.

oh, well... the hummingbirds were preventing people from enjoying their barbeques, so we nuked those fuckers too.
