Sometimes it is so breathtakingly beautiful that I don't even bother taking out my camera. I do though, sometimes, when my senses are so far alit that I think maybe, just maybe, this will be the image that captures the dignity, the magnitude, and the holiness of life lived along the Ganges river.
Nevertheless, it's not uncommon for me to cover my mouth and nose when sitting in a cycle rickshaw. Nor have I ever seen a public trash bin in Varanasi.
A Love for Art was a collaborative blog for visual artists, musicians, writers, and social scientists. This blog has evolved into a new blog called BETA, go check it out!
