Interesting how no one went for #2. I initially favoured the others as well, but then I noticed how the sunlight hits the water at the top of #2, and there's something about it, like floating slivers of light, that I find really enchanting. But you're right about the colours being better in the other two. But then there are the scenes! People (and animal) watching is the main attraction in this city, and I have so many of these kinds of slightly different photos of the same thing to prove it. Just a slight shift of the body or the addition of a new silhouette inspires me to attempt to capture the mystique all over again.
I love how all I have to do is indirectly ask a question to get all this awesome input. Love it.
Thanks James. Yep, am all over the beauty. Although if ever am in doubt, I'll remember your shifty eyes and promptly pull my camera out.

I can't decide on which one is my favourite.
For me, it's a close tie between #3 and #1
Definitely #3 for me. I love the hue and the open space at the top, especially.
I also vote for 3
I like #1
mostly because of the shadows, and that more of the poles and action in the water is visible.
the colour is gorgeous, caramel and coffee.
yep, great eye, way to document the beauty, keep up the good work, don't stop, more, more, more.

ps: leaning towards #3
I like the third one because it doesn't have those extra ripples in the water - it makes it feel like the scene is floating in endless space.
