it's real easy even without html knowledge. In the post, highlight a word and click the hyperlink button above the textbox, it looks like a couple of links in a chain. Then do your cut-and-paste there. I always do that with the images I post so you can click through to the original source where I found them.

sometimes, but you gotta learn how to make it a link within the post, the links you put up are tooooooooooo long.
