No new ideas?!
I think it's the 'having' them that isn't possible.
When you bring an idea to light, you do just that, you have a piece of history which you reveal.
And previously it was sitting in the dark of the mind or in history, and there you are with ot and you open the curtains up and wowowo, now the world can see it too....again....possibly.
