yep, nice work...what did the text say at the end?

This is creatively stimulating for me! It's great to see it has finally come together, and the street sounds you added really work. I think for the next one, if you can somehow fix the camera to the same spot every time you'll really be amazed how well it animates, through night and day. Although it's hard to leave a camera outside I guess, but maybe through a window or something?

Questions I have been asking myself lately, and which could apply to what you have done here; How does this work express what is in your mind? Is it more than just what you see?

thanks all.

re the photos-- this project developed by accident, and was the first of the photo/video things, so it wasn't until sort of late in it that i thought the pictures should line up or have any sort of continuity.

for all the later-to-come ones, i tried to line the camera up.

as far as what's happening in my mind or what this work has to do with it, i'm very interested in the passage of time, especially as it shows up in the minutiae of daily life.

these works, and the ones to come, were born out of that interest-- specifically, it began with me noticing the changing skies at the west end of Portage Ave every day, looking out the front door of the Label, and thinking it would be interesting to document them in a way that showed the changes.

plus i wanted to get famous and score lots of hot chicks.
