I think coffee drinking can be like smoking cigarettes. Quitting is ultra painful, but once you've gone a good while without any, smoking one might make you sick.
If someone's got the willingness to give quitting coffee a go, their body will likely build in some kind of "never-again will you do that to me" reflex.

If I don't drink coffee by 10 am I get a headache.

Good Point.
I know the "never again ..." reflex, (cigarettes, other smokeable products), you'd think coffee would be easier.
