Do you still think it sucks?

Lacks focus? I think it's completely focused, intertwining some very linked ideas. Now, maybe immature and a navel gaze... likely.

This piece is moments of brilliance!

I can't say I remember it from the Label though, but if it was the home cooked meals playing, it was probably my efforts in reuniting that consumed me.

But back to the piece...

I like the pulsing/morphing changing cityscape, it almost looks like it's melting. The washing machine footage is smoking good, and the man talking is altogether real. The monologue over top functions well, and the street noises connect the piece very well.

I'd venture to say one of your best and most eclecticly ambitious video pieces. I think the focus doesn't line in trying to make a distinct point, but rather it's clarity lies in that we live in a society filled with anxiety. The narrator is sickened by it.

Love it! now quit living in the past and make some new video like this, what have you learned?

I've now learnt that you paid little or no attention to my artistic pursuits very early on!

LOL!

Ignoring your actual workmight have been the only way to positively reinforce you!

And besides...nobody has ever told me that I have a good memory...or at least I don't remember them telling me.

I do remember that one video of you at a table...when will you post that one. Get a blog already!
