5 steps to 5 steps

1- conceive and be aware of lower extremities

2- grapple with the nature of gravity

3-visualize and attempt the forward movement of the leg (moving forward from the hip)

4- prepare oneself for progression and the balanced landing of the individual foot

5-repeat steps 1-4 four more times

available periodically for frivolity
