Rock Video--- Dance Dance Dance

So, a long time back, Bluemask commented that big budgets have taken the creativity out of video.

Here's one recent and fairly low-budget work that I'm a huge fan of-- "Kids" by MGMT. (My roomate Laura, who's pretty much a kid, has gotten me into this trendy electronic 80's retro stuff... And no offense, Laura-- soon, you'll consider that a compliment! :) )

YEAH! I am seeing more artist driven no budget vids since youtube. I think that it draws more creativity from the artist when they have less to work with. It doesn't always work (I've made some stinkers). I'd much rather sift through artist made videos than Hollywood ones regardless.
I've heard this on 92.9- nice to put faces to the tune.

my first comment got eaten by cyberspace.

blue: i knew you,d appreciate the bowie/gary numan/kiss vibe here.
